Symposium

1. General guidelines

All symposia proposals should be submitted electronically directy to the website on the conference: e-cigconference-2022.com

The deadline for the submission is 31 July 2022, 6pm (Paris time). Proposals received after closing of the abstract system will not be accepted

The organiser of the symposium proposal is responsible for ensuring that all co-organisers and presenters have agreed to be participating in the symosium, if accepted.

The organiser confirms that, if the symposium proposal is accepted, the organiser, co-organisers and presenters will attend the conference 2022. To confirm their attendance, they all have to register for the conference by 15 October 2022. If they have not registered by that date the symposium will be removed from the conference programme.

2. Symposium aim

Symposium aims to increase the capacity and knowledge of attendees around the latest scientific research, on these two themes, of the conference, notably in Europe. The focus is on disseminating knowledge through intensive interaction with the audience.

Symposium are 60 minutes in length.

4. Guidelines for authors

All abstracts must be presented in English.
Graphics or tables cannot be accepted.

Indicate the organiser of the symposium.

Indicate the chairperson(s) for the symposium: name, affiliation, country and email address.

If an abstract has more than one author, please make sure you list all the authors (including the presenting author) for each abstract.

All proposals should be structured as follows :

  • Abstract of the symposium: limited to 2000 characters (including spaces) for background, objectives, added value;
  • Main messages of the symposium: limited to 250 characters (including spaces);
  • Abstract of each presentation: limited to 2250 characters each (including spaces).  

5. Evaluation procedure & Notification

All submitted proposals will be reviewed by the International Scientific Committee, composed by experts on the topic.

You will be notified of the acceptance of your abstract(s) in September 2022 by email.
