The scientific committee is made up of international research experts in the field of e-cigarettes with an academic profile.

 Its main missions are: 
– supporting the steering committee on scientific aspects;
– proposing a call for papers;
– evaluating and selecting presentations (oral and poster);
– elaborating a scientific programme.

INCa has been particularly rigorous and vigilant about the links of interest of the scientific committee members with the tobacco industry (including E-Cigarette and new tobacco products).

Each member has completed a declaration of interest (no funding and direct or indirect links with the tobacco industry). These declarations can only be made available in case of a justified request to one of the members of the scientific committee.

The application of each member has been examined and validated by the organiser of this conference.
